Corrections
Last updated: 2026-05-07. We correct errors visibly and keep a public log. The presence of this page is itself a commitment: when we get something wrong, you can see it and check it.
How to submit a correction
- Email corrections@luba.media with the URL and the specific claim you are flagging.
- Include a primary source where possible (regulator notice, company filing, press release, court document).
- We acknowledge within 2 business days. If we accept the correction we publish it inline on the original page and add an entry below within 1 business day of acceptance.
- If we decline the correction we tell you why, and you can request a right of reply for inline inclusion.
What counts as a "material" correction
We log here any correction that changes a factual claim a reader might rely on — a date, a number, a name, a quote, a citation, a comparison ranking, a regulator status, or an attribution. Typo-level corrections (spelling, punctuation, broken links) are fixed in place without a log entry. Where we update an article with new information that does not invalidate the original analysis, we add a dated "Update" note rather than a correction.
Severity tags
- Factual correction — the original claim was incorrect.
- Clarification — the original claim was open to misreading; we have rewritten for clarity without changing the substance.
- Update — new information has come to light; the original was correct at the time of publication.
