How do I place an order?
You’ll complete an online consultation so we can understand your goals and medical history. Based on your answers, we’ll recommend suitable treatment options. Once you choose a treatment, one of our clinicians will review your information and, if appropriate, approve your order for delivery.

Who is eligible for CheqUp?
CheqUp is available to adults aged 18 and over who meet the clinical eligibility criteria for weight loss treatment. Eligibility is based on factors such as BMI, medical history, and current medications, and is assessed by a qualified clinician.
On BMI, we accept members with a current BMI of 25 or above, provided they began their weight loss journey with a BMI of 30 or above and received a prescription within the past 60 days. An exception applies if you have an existing weight-related condition, in that case, you may be eligible if your starting BMI was 28 or above.

Do I need a prescription to order?
No. You do not need an existing prescription. If you are eligible, our clinicians will issue a free private prescription as part of the service.

How long does approval take?
Most orders are reviewed and approved within 24 hours. In some cases, a clinician may need additional information before making a decision.

When will I be charged?
You will only be charged once your treatment has been approved by a clinician. If your treatment is not approved, you will not be charged.

Can I do everything online?
Yes. The entire process, including consultation, clinician review, and payment is completed online.

Will my GP be informed of my treatment?
We recommend informing your GP of any new medications you’re prescribed, but it’s not essential. You’ll be given the option to enter your GP details while you place an order. When you supply your GP details we’ll write to them with the details of the medication we’ve prescribed.

What will be shown on my bank account?
Charges will appear under a discreet merchant name. There will be no reference to weight loss or medication on your bank statement.

Are the medications you prescribe genuine?
Yes, we use the same pharmaceutical suppliers and wholesalers as traditional pharmacies. All treatments are fully UK-licensed.

What happens after I pay?
Once payment is confirmed, your medication is dispensed and delivered discreetly to your home. You’ll also gain access to your free, ongoing programme support, and weight loss app.

How much does it cost?
The price of CheqUp depends on the medication and dose selected for you. If your clinician recommends a change, you will be shown the options and pricing and you choose what to do next. You will only ever be charged for the plan you approve.

What’s included in the price?
Your price includes clinician assessment, a private prescription if eligible, your medication, and ongoing support. This includes regular, confidential check ins to monitor progress and any side effects, access to your personal Health Coach, and access to the WW app.

Is CheqUp a subscription?
CheqUp is a monthly rolling programme with no long term contract. Each month you will be shown your plan and pricing in advance, and you only pay if you choose to continue. You can pause or cancel at any time before your next billing date.

Are there any hidden fees?
No. There are no consultation fees, prescription fees, or additional charges beyond the price shown at checkout.

Do you offer introductory discounts?
No. We do not offer introductory discounts. We believe in transparent pricing, so the price you see is the price you pay, with no bait and switch or surprise increases later.
