Kind Patches — heavy on marketing, light on transparency.
If you've been on social media lately, you've probably seen Kind Patches everywhere. They've got the slick marketing, the influencer partnerships, and the "92.3% of customers report fewer cravings" claims.
The Good: The patches stick well and are comfortable to wear. They contain berberine, pomegranate extract, cinnamon, and B vitamins — all solid ingredients with some research behind them.
The Problem: Kind Patches doesn't disclose how much of each ingredient is actually in the patch. This is a huge red flag for me. Berberine, for example, needs to be at a certain concentration to be effective. Without knowing the dosage, I'm essentially flying blind.
I did notice a slight reduction in my afternoon snacking urges, but nothing dramatic.
Bottom line: Good product, but the lack of ingredient transparency bothers me. You deserve to know what you're putting on your body.
Purisaki: The Detox Brand
Purisaki's patches felt thin and flimsy compared to the competition.
Purisaki is primarily known for their detox foot patches, but they've recently launched berberine weight loss patches too. I was curious if their experience in transdermal delivery would translate.
The Good: Contains fucoxanthin and pomegranate oil alongside berberine, which is a solid combination for metabolism support.
The Problem: The ordering process was annoying — lots of upsells and confusing add-ons at checkout. Several times I accidentally added products I didn't want. And the patches themselves? They felt... thin. Almost flimsy.
My appetite control was minimal at best. Maybe a slight placebo effect in the first few days, but by day 7, I felt no different than before.
Bottom line: They should stick to foot patches. This felt like a rushed product expansion.

The Problem: The energy felt... jittery. Like I'd had one too many espressos. By early afternoon, I was crashing hard. And when I wore the patch in the evening, I had trouble falling asleep.
For people sensitive to caffeine (like me), this isn't ideal. Weight loss was okay, but I suspect it was more from the metabolic boost than actual appetite control.
Bottom line: If you're not caffeine-sensitive and want an energy boost, this could work. But it didn't feel sustainable for me.
Ledisa: The Frustrating One
Ledisa's patches simply wouldn't stay on — a fundamental flaw.
Ledisa markets themselves as a "weight loss patch" and claims to use microneedle technology for better absorption. Sounds impressive, right?
The Good: The ingredient list looks comprehensive — berberine, garcinia cambogia, apple cider vinegar, bitter melon. On paper, it should work.
The Problem: These patches do NOT stay on. I tried everything — applying to clean, dry skin, pressing firmly for 30 seconds, avoiding lotions. Within an hour or two, corners started peeling. Some fell off completely during the night.
I also found some concerning reviews online about fake testimonials and exaggerated claims. The whole experience left me uncomfortable. When a product can't even stick to your skin, how can you trust it's delivering anything?
Bottom line: I can't recommend a patch that doesn't stay on. Fundamental flaw.
