Drink This Chocolate...
Drink This Chocolate Every Morning
To Double Your Stem Cell Count &
Keep Your Arteries Clean
Harvard Medical School
report shows natural method could be as effective as $100,000 injections when it
comes to heart health and longevity.

Danette May
America's Leading Healthy Lifestyle Expert
Have you ever heard of male billionaires getting $100,000 stem cell injections
into their you-know-what’s?
Once you’re over 40, the #1 thing you’re likely to die from is your
cardiovascular health.
(This is especially true if you have high blood pressure, cholesterol, or a
family history of heart problems.)
That’s why the ultra-wealthy fly to Mexico, Central America, and Europe...
Paying absurd amounts of money for
stem cell injections into their veins, arteries,
hearts and...
Other un-mentionable parts of their bodies.
But new research shows that increasing your stem cell count doesn’t have to be
expensive (or painful).
Researchers Discovered That Drinking
High-Flavanol Chocolate More Than
DOUBLES
Your Stem Cell Count
The study was done on 16 men & women who were an average of 64 years old.
Every single one had coronary artery problems and were on beta-blockers and
statins.
For 30 days, these patients drank high-flavanol cocoa twice a day.
When researchers took measurements afterwards, they were shocked.
On average, the patient’s stem cell counts in their blood increased by 220%.
They also saw a 47% improvement in blood vessel function...
And a significant drop in systolic blood pressure.
152
The researchers concluded that drinking chocolate triggered a flood of stem
cells out of their bone marrow...
And into their hearts, arteries, and veins.
These Stem Cells Act Like A Maintenance
Crew For Your Heart & Arteries
While you sleep, eat, and walk about your day...
These cells work around the clock to:
Heal damaged tissue
Regenerate the lining of your blood vessels
Clear out inflammation
Support arterial flexibility
Promote angiogenesis, the formation of new blood vessels
Keep your organs functioning like they did when you were younger
As you age, the number of stem cells in your bloodstream goes down...
Which is why healing slows down and chronic issues start popping up, like blood pressure,
cholesterol, and other problems.
Bottom line?
The more stem cells you have, the better your body can repair itself...
Which is why researchers now believe:
Keeping Your Stem Cells Levels High May
Be One Of The Most Important Factors In
Living A Longer, Healthier Life
That’s why this new research on chocolate and stem cells is so exciting.
It’s not just this study, either.
Harvard Medical School found that on average,
flavanol-rich chocolate can lower blood pressure by 5 mmHg / 2.7 mmHg, which is
comparable to exercising for 30 minutes a day
153
A study by the American Heart Association
found that flavanol-rich chocolate supports a healthy insulin response and releases
nitric oxide to help your blood vessels relax
154
A study out of Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston
found that cocoa extract reduced the risk for cardiovascular events by 27%
155
Mars Inc. , the candy company, conducted a study
that shows 4 cups of cacao dramatically increased blood flow to the arms and fingers
of people after only 4 days
151
But I would NOT go into your local supermarket and start buying
chocolate bars (even dark chocolate).
Because the chocolate in these studies is not your “normal” type of chocolate.
The real sad truth is that modern chocolate has been bastardized.
Let me explain.
Take a look at this:
These are the native Kuna people of Panama.
They live here, on San Blas Island in the Caribbean:
Here’s what’s wild about this indigenous tribe...
Harvard Medical School Found That The Kuna People
Drink Up To 5 Cups Of Cocoa A Day...
And Their Rates Of Cardiovascular
Problems Were
9 Times Lower
Than
The Rest Of The World!
151
It all started when a professor of radiology at
Harvard Medical School was looking for genes that protect
humans from high blood pressure.
156
He didn’t find his magic gene.
But he did find a native population off the coast of Panama with an
astonishingly low rate of heart problems.
Hypertension was almost non-existent, even among older individuals.
And get this:
There’s one big, scary C-word when it comes to age-related health problems.
And the Kuna people’s rates were 15 times lower than
the rest of the world!
The data was so striking that the Harvard professor thought the Kuna had some sort of
genetic advantage.
But he was WRONG.
You see, over the years, a portion of the Kuna population migrated to mainland
Panama...
Where they assimilated into modern cultures.
Guess what?
Hypertension became just as common as the rest of the world.
Instead of the seniors and village elders enjoying perfect heart health...
Blood pressure now rose significantly with age.
157
“It must be their diet that protects their hearts,” the professor thought.
But When The Harvard Professor
Looked At The Kuna Diet,
Nothing Made Sense
For one, both the island Kuna and the mainland Kuna ate more salt
than western populations!
Neither ate large amounts of dairy or green-leafy vegetables.
They ate a similar amount of meat.
Both population’s protein intake was extremely low.
157
To top it all off...
Here’s the part that made the LEAST amount of sense:
The island Kuna had more sugar than their mainland counterparts,
as it was an ingredient in their drinks...
Yet they had better heart health .
Bizarre, right?
The professor was stumped until he discovered the most striking difference
between the island Kuna and the mainland Kuna’s diets:
What they drank.
The Island Kuna Drank 5 Cups Of Cocoa
Per Day, While The Mainland Kuna
Drank Almost None
You see, the San Blas island doesn’t have a natural source of freshwater.
Water had to be fetched by boat from a mainland river every day.
The Kuna boiled their water before they drank it...
And because there’s no refrigeration, the drinking water is tepid.
Thus, in that hot, humid climate, most island Kuna end up drinking a considerable
amount of cocoa every day.
When the professor conducted a survey, he found that the island Kuna consistently
drank more than 5 cups of cocoa per day.
And they do this for YEARS – their entire lives!
It’s likely the highest flavanol intake of any population on earth.
And if you take a look at his data, the effect is striking.
157
Comparative Health Outcomes: U.S. Vs. Kuna Populations
Incidance Rates Per 100,000 People
To this day, the Harvard professor swears by his research that drinking chocolate has
incredible benefits for:
Artery health
Blood sugar
Blood pressure
Memory issues associated with aging
Preeclampsia, a serious condition that affects pregnant women
Cardiovascular health
But the real question you need to answer for yourself is...
What Are They Drinking Exactly – Chocolate Or Cocoa? And What’s The Difference?
Let me explain.
My name is Danette May.
I’m a celebrity fitness trainer who’s helped more than 1,016,000 lose weight and take
care of their health.
I have an audience of over 20 million followers across all of social media
And I’ve been featured on Access Hollywood, CBS, Hallmark, and WeRiseUP, a documentary
where I stood alongside Tony Robbins and his holiness the Dalai Lama.
One of the things I’m most passionate about is spreading the joy and the health
benefits of drinking real chocolate not the fake
stuff you find at your local supermarket.
You see...
Most Central American Cultures Drink A
Type Of Chocolate That Doesn’t Exist In
The U.S. Called Ceremonial-Grade Cacao
Ceremonial-grade cacao is nothing like dark chocolate,
milk chocolate, or even raw cocoa powder.
If you head to the supermarket and buy a bar of chocolate...
You’re buying what I call “fake chocolate,” which is really just sugar, milk, and
butter.
“Real chocolate” is totally different.
Take a look at this:
This is the bean of a cacao tree – where chocolate actually comes from.
Chocolate farmers pick these pods off the trees an…
