Limitations
What mediabuyer.site does NOT know or do. We report only what is observable from the public native ad surface — and we are explicit about where that ends.
- No spend, budget, or cost
- We do not report how much an advertiser is spending. Spend is private to the advertiser and the network and is not observable from the public ad surface.
- No CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, or ROI
- We have no access to any network's or advertiser's dashboard or API. Performance metrics are never claimed here. The only signals we publish are presence and longevity, derived from repeated public observation.
- Native ads only — not Meta, Google, or TikTok
- We index native ad creatives from Taboola, Outbrain, MGID, and RevContent. We do NOT cover Meta/Facebook ads, Google ads, TikTok ads, push, or pop. Any Facebook Pixel reference on the site is a tracking-pixel signal we detect on landing pages — not Meta ad coverage.
- A sample, not a census
- We index a sample of the creatives we observe, not every ad ever run on these networks. Coverage is partial by design; we do not claim completeness or a corpus total.
- Landing-page captures can lag
- Redirect chains and landing pages can change after we observe them. A captured destination reflects the moment of observation and may differ from what a clicker sees later.
- Verdicts are signals, not guarantees
- Longevity verdicts such as Scaling, Evergreen, and Burned-out are inferences from repeated public observation. A long-running creative is a strong profitability signal — but a signal, not proof.
- Advertiser names come from network branding
- Advertiser names are read from each network's own branding text, not inferred from the destination domain, so the same advertiser may appear under slightly different display names across networks.
- First-seen marks index entry
- First-seen is the earliest date we observed a creative, which may be later than when the advertiser actually launched it.
